Why is 2008 ChocolateFest So Special?
We are attempting to break the record for the world's largest truffle. Over 250 lbs of luscious chocolate that will be available to sample Sunday afternoon!
Who is Making the Truffle and Who's Supplying the Chocolate and Cream?
Chef Steve Gazda will be making the truffle with generous donations from Guittard Chocolate Company and Dairy Farmers of Oregon.
